That’s why we’ve introduced our Performance & Athlete Development Pathway. This is a structured training program designed to help players improve strength, reduce injury risk, and elevate their on-court performance at every stage of their journey.

Our Performance & Athlete Development Programme is delivered in partnership with Kenzai ME, specialists in youth performance training and injury prevention and it’s designed to support young athletes with the futures of their careers in mind.

Every athlete in our Performance & Athlete Development Programme follows a structured monitoring system designed to ensure safe progression, consistent improvement, and long-term athletic growth.

Together with Kenzai ME, we bring our athletes an athletic transformational plan which includes:

Foundations Athlete Program

Ages 9-14

Built specifically for younger, growing athletes, this program focuses on movement quality, confidence, and injury prevention. These are the foundations which are essential for every young and aspiring basketball player.

During these key development years, we don’t focus on intensity, we teach how to move properly, safely, and efficiently. This programme builds the physical base that supports both performance and long-term athletic health.

Elite Performance & Athlete Care Program

Ages 15-19

Built for serious athletes, this high-performance program is designed for players competing regularly and preparing for the next level of basketball.

As training volume and intensity increase, so does the need for structured strength & conditioning, injury prevention, and proper load management. This program ensures athletes can perform at a high level – consistently and safely.

  • 60-minute high-performance sessions
  • Advanced strength & power development
  • Basketball-specific conditioning
  • Injury risk screening & corrective training
  • Load management during growth and competition periods
  • Priority return-to-play support for injured athletes
