TwentyFour Basketball competes in UAE’s top local leagues, including Ball Above All (BAA), Dubai Open for Basketball Academies (DOBA) and other invitational events.

Beginner development programme:

Our Beginner development programme introduces the game of basketball to aspiring athletes in a way through which they develop a pure and genuine love for the sport. Our team teaches the fundamentals of basketball in a fun, engaging, supportive and yet competitive environment. 

The early focus is zoned in on building fundamentals, balance, ball-handling, shooting and teamwork. Our coaches are well experienced with nurturing and caring for our younger athletes, supporting them throughout their journey of growth with TwentyFour.

Boys/Girls U14-U19

Competitive Development Programme:

The Competitive Development Programme is tailored for athletes ready to take their game to the next level. As our teams now contend for youth championships, we prepare the athletes to dominate competition and leave no doubts. 

Focusing on advanced skill development, tactical understanding and conditioning, we refine existing skills while teaching the strategic aspect of the sport necessary for team success.

Through high intensity training, competitive scrimmages, friendly games coupled with national and international exposure, we push our players to excellence both individually and as a team as we prepare for championships within and beyond the UAE.

Mens and Womens 20+

Elite Performance Programme:

The Elite Performance Programme is built for athletes who aim to compete at a professional or semi-professional level. At this stage, the focus shifts from development to performance mastery, where every detail matters – from game IQ and execution to physical conditioning.

Our sessions emphasize advanced basketball systems, set plays, and teaching  position-specific skill, allowing players to excel within structured team concepts and real game conditions. Training intensity mirrors professional environments, integrating strength and conditioning, scrimmages, and competitive matchups against high-level opposition.

With guidance from experienced coaches and exposure to Dubai’s leading basketball leagues, such as Ball Above All and Dubai Open For Basketball Academies (DOBA), our athletes gain experience and compete at the highest levels. This programme provides a platform for players to showcase their abilities to scouts, clubs, and recruiters, or even enjoy the sport for leisure while continuing to elevate their game beyond the local level.
