At TwentyFour Basketball Academy, we’re proud to host our own fitness programme, an athletic performance program that focuses on fitness, strength, and conditioning for athletes of all levels. Through this programme, our players gain access to specialized fitness classes designed to improve speed, flexibility, endurance, strength, and overall athletic performance – all tailored to meet the physical demands of basketball.
Our training system combines scientific methods, functional movement, and sport-specific exercises to help athletes move better, react faster, and perform stronger on the court. Each session is led by certified coaches who focus on developing explosive power, balance, injury prevention, and stamina – the key ingredients for elite-level performance.
